Former Steelers HC Bill Cowher is among a group of NFL coaches visiting troops in Iraq. His remark came after he saw all the Terrible Towels waving at him. More than anything, this is a good story about the football fans among the troops.
Cowher will always be regarded as being a part of the Steelers when signing autographs until he takes a job somewhere else as a HC in the NFL. Interesting choice of coaches to go as well. I can only imagine what the plane ride over must have been like with these guys all stuck with each other.
